Well lets be honest 3 months will never be enough but as great people have said that anything and everything is possible in this world if we have will and courage to achieve anything. But to get good marks first thing is that you will have to be very disciplined and focused.
Make some strict rules based on timing for yourself.
Work in your weakness and strengths.
Stay disconnected from social media and limit friendship time for these three months.
Surround yourself with people who motivate you and praise you.
Give as much time as you can in your studies.

Follow all these steps and trust me you will succed.
