GMVSS is a valid Board established by an Executive Order of State Government of Uttarakhand via Order No:459/P.P.S./C.M./2015 dated 03-12-2015 . The Government Order (G.O) states that Grameen Mukt Vidhyalayi Shiksha Sansthan’s syllabus has been approved to be equivalent to Uttarakhand School Education Council, Ram Nagar, Nainital. Uttarakhand Government has approved Grameen Mukt Vidhyalayi Shiksha Sansthan to conduct exams and issue certificates and this information has been transmitted to all State Government Education Boards and COBSE and Principal Private Secretary to Chief Minister has recommended Grameen Mukt Vidhyalayi Shiksha Sansthan to be listed in COBSE at the earliest.
