Hi,

General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) is for aspirants who wants to work in clinical nursing GNM is the most sought-after course. It helps the aspirant to learns and gets expertise to deal with the sick and women during their pregnancy.

It is a three years course with compulsory six months of internship.

The minimum eligibility criteria is to have Physics Chemistry and Biology (PCB) as subject combination in class 12 and to have minimum 40% as aggregate marks.

The subjects that one undergoes during the course are:

  • Anatomy
  • Psychology
  • Sociology
  • Fundamentals of nursing
  • Environmental Hygiene
