Well going by the cutoffs of previous years, with this rank you can get MCA in Nizam College but not MBA.

The MBA cutoffs for Nizam college doesn't even cross the 4000 mark for SC category so a rank of 14000 doesn't come into consideration.

You can try for other colleges if you want if you are planning for MBA.

Having said that, I will also say that the cutoffs vary every year depending on the number of candidates, their rank, the number of seats available, etc.

Getting a fee reimbursement will depend on certain factors. If your family income is below 2 lakhs per annum then you can get full fee reimbursement (for sc category).

Based on your rank and caste and preferred branch there is a chance of getting any particular college so based on your rank there is a chance of getting Admission in MCA branch and it's really hard to get Admission in MBA  according to previous years cutoff rank
