You cannot change your category now.The information which you have given in application form is considered to be true.So now you cannot provide OBC-NCL certificate to claim reservation during certificate verification.You will be alloted a seat based on merit in genaral category.It is upto you whether you accept the seat or not.You will not be given any benefits of OBC-NCL reservation.You may appear next year if you want to claim OBC-NCL reservation.
