Got 65 marks in GATE AR . Any chance to get to IIT?

yes you have a very staunch chance to get the IITs but I am still  not sure about some of the top IITs 

well most of the IITs likes of Roorkee Guwahati Hyderabad Dhanbad and much more are gettable

It depends on your department. If you are from mechanical branch, the chance is very less for top 5 iit's as the cut-off ends near 68-69. But for other iit's there is a chance. But if you are from other branches then there is a high chance of getting called for an interview (or, admission tests in some cases). But it all depends on that interview. It has been seen that student getting rank bellow 50 got rejected in interview. Thats why I am telling you, its all about the interview at the end of the day.
