With this percentile your general rank can be up to approx 1.6lakh. every belongs to e w s category it will be very much beneficial for you although you cannot get any top government colleges or in iits, you can get some colleges in your state quota. You can get government as well as top private colleges. Actually you have not mentioned from which state you belongs to & the cutoff trend changes every year so it is quite difficult to tell about that clearly.
