On demade can i give Nios board exam

Congrats for your JEE main percentile. It is very good.
Actually with your rank you could have got a seat in any government colleges. But due to your boards percentage you won't get any seat in any NITs or IIITs. If you are from general category, you require minimum of 75 % in boards and for reserved category you require minimum 65% in boards. So you could either go for some good private engineering colleges or state engineering colleges which organize their own engineering exams. Also if you are really prepared, then you can drop a year and appear for boards again in the next year and improve yourself. Also you can further improve your JEE main percentile in the next year. But be ready form some consequences and stay focused. So get wise decisions from adults ant your teachers. All the best for your future.

Since you have scored 99.32 percentile in JEE mains, it's a very good percentile I must say, but  since you haven't been able to score 75% in 12th then as per the eligibility criteria of JEE, you would not be able to get any of the NIT's, IITs, IIIT'S or GFTI's. Apart from these colleges you can get the topmost colleges apart from these through JEE mains.
