If we go by the trend of previous year, last candidate from GNGNO category who got admission at VIPS' BA LLB had rank of 383 and the candidate who got a seat in BBA LLB had rank of 432. Second round of list for 2018-19 session is out and Last candidate who had been offered a seat under this category has rank of 394, taking this as a cue I don't see any chance that you'll be able to get a seat at VIPS.
