According to general merit cutoffs of 2018, with a rank of 13000, you can get Computer science and engineering at Dayanand Sagar Academy of Technology and Management, J.S.S. Academy of Technical Education, K.L.E. Technological University. Similarly, you can get CSE at many other colleges too. Please note this prediction has been made by previous year cutoffs. Cutoffs can vary too based on factors like number of students appearing, number of seats available, difficulty level of the paper etc.
