Sir, Other than that I have uploaded income certificate which is from 2018 but it is clearly written on it that it's valid for 3 years.Secondly I have uploaded 12th marksheet. So, I have been appeared for improvement for 2 subjects in which one subject got improved but ISC will give you a improvement marksheet which will have only improvement subjects marks. I checked with ISC and they told subjects in which I got improved will be taken into consideration.So on my marksheet I wrote my improved subject marks with pencil stating that it's improvement marks because there was only one option to upload 12 marksheet.Thirdly, class 10th passing certificate.I don't know writing improvement marks with pencil will be a problem or not because even in last year I appeared for UPSEE and i did the same and that time everything was okay.Lastly, yesterday on my number I got message that my documents has been verified successfully and I will be able to lock the choices. After that when in evening I opened that portal I saw this ineligibility message.That's all about my documents.Thank you so much for helping!
