in this question you have not given you medical entrance exam so i am unable to answer your question. but i am telling this thing based on neet ug. their are some colleges in south india whose cut off is nearly same as you asked. if you have obc quota it best be near to 500 in case of sc and st it is approx 450 mark and above to get sure admission. i can not give you name of such colleges but you can check last ranker alloted seat in which college.
