Usually Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts recruitment's for Nationalized banks.  You may wait for IBPS notification for 2020  as this years is already out and the dates are over. IBPS conducts exam for Specialized officer, including posting to Regional Rural Banks. If you clear RRB exams conducted by IBPS you will be getting home posting.  Start preparation for 2020 IBPS exams with dedication. The selection will be based on 3 stages, 2 stage written examination  (Prelims +Mains ) and  followed by interview .  Besides this IDBI , BOB, Syndicate bank will also make separate notification for recruitment of personnel in Manager level through their Manipal  PGDBM  Programe. Keep checking their websites for notification.

You need to have a through knowledge of Quant , Reasoning , Current Affairs of last 8 months, English. Daily devote 5-6 hours for your preparation. Definitely you will be able to crack the exam. If any doubts, pls feel free to ask.
