After B. Tech in ECE,  there are scopes of various governmental jobs in PSUs like Railways,  CDAC,  ISRO,  DRDO,  HAL,  BARC etc.

Indian Railways recruits on the basis of ESE exam conducted in January every year. Whereas DRDO,  HAL,  ISRO recruits through GATE exam.

Currently there are many jobs where you can go if you are from ECE background like Indian Railways,DRDO,ISRO,Indian Navy,HAL,BARC,

UPSC conducts Engineering Service Exam every year for Grade A officers post in Indian Railways and Ministry of Skill Development and some others.

Also there are many big PSUs which conduct exam like BHEL,ISRO,DRDO.SAIL. You can join there by clearing GATE or by giving individual exam of some PSUs like BHEL.
