Yes definitely you can appear for upsc civil service examination. UPSC has no barriers that you belong to which stream of graduation or percentage of marks you scored. You just need to pass with at least third division of marks in your any stream of graduation. Same with class 10th and 12th.

In terms of minimum educational qualification, you must have passed bachelors degree in any field . So , even if you have graduated from  science field   then it is not an issue . You are eligibile for UPSC exam provided that you satisfy the other eligibility criteria:.
