Graduated in 2017, done job for one year(June-17 to May-18) and went for UPSC preparation until now, can i apply for GRE now with 1 year Gap

Yes you can definitiely apply for GRE with a year gap, but post writing your GRE once you shortlist colleges, make sure that you have done something atleast after dropping UPSC preparations so as to justify the two years extra gap, because having a too long gap without any reasonable explanation might make your chances bleak of getting through your desired college.
