Hello Aspirant,

After 12th there are many courses to pursue for graduation. After 12th either you can persue the traditional course such as Honors in the subjects you have in your +2, like if you are from Humanities stream you can go for Pol sci, History, English and many more. The degree you get in these subjects is of BA Hons, similarly you have the option to pursue Bsc course if you are from science background. Usually the universities which are reputed for offering these courses are, Delhi University, BHU and almost all the state universities do offer these courses. 

And if you wish to go for proffesional course which are usually more valued these days, then you have to appeare for the entrance exams which the concerned universities conduct. The proffesional courses which you can persue irrespective of your streams in your +2 are Law (Integrated 5 year law), BAJMC (Bachelors in journalism and mass com), Fashion designing and many more.
