See after 12th standard if you don't study further there is no option for you to get a decent job . You will have to do errands and just earn money to buy food . But Graduation is a chance where you will have a skill set and you will be able to apply the knowledge into a particular industry. Hence it will open up opportunities for you . So Graduation is required for any individual.

You can do a job after graduation or you can do higher studies which is Masters or you can go for research etc.

Also during your graduation you will have many events in your college ,technical events , cultural fests and the final year projects which you will enjoy in your campus life.

Hence Graduation is the Best part of study

Yes graduation is the best part  of your studies.you will be at the ending of your teen age and at beginning of 20s  and you will be have many friends and you will do lots of fun. You will also have to work hard so that you will build your career in the most trusted way.
