PLz mention which country you are aspiring for.

Although, a CGPA of 5.5 in graduation would be a challenge. Also besides just graduation marks, you need to have good IELTS band, a good academic record like subjects studied and projects completed, and also your participation in extracurricular activities during your graduation. 

Foreign universities and colleges look at an overall record of a student. 

Visa lagwaan to pehla course, country aur admission final kari, pher visa da number aai. Foreign admission process thoda difficult si but tussi kisi vadiya consultant nu visit karo.
