Candidates who have successfully registered for CSAB 2019 special round counselling have to pay the participation fees. Payment of participation fee is to be done only through SBI MOPS payment gateway. Candidates who have registered earlier and paid registration fees for JoSAA 2019 have to pay the fee for CSAB special round fees again. Candidates who withdraw from counselling without accepting the seat will get complete refund of fees after deduction of Rs.1500. Check if you followed the steps in respective order or else there would be a server problem. Keep trying.
