As far as i can see that you have not mentioned the name of any college. So , i consider it to be kakinada college of engineering and technology . So clming to this college , it is an average  college . So , i do not think a long distance course from thiz college is more valid than dojng regular course from any college affiliated to any good university. Also , it depends upon the college from which you are planning to do regular course.
