Yes should wear gloves in neet exam as there is covid going on so NTA has strictly given guidelines to follow all the covid rules and regulations .
Further you should carry the following necessary items in neet exam
NEET admit card 2021
Passport size photograph
Postcard size photograph
Valid ID proof - PAN card, Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, Ration card
Mask on face
Gloves on hand
Personal transparent water bottle
Personal small hand sanitizer (50 ml)

Yes, it is mandatory to wear mask and hand gloves during NEET exam, so don't forget to carry hand gloves and mask, try to avoid wearing full sleeve clothes, only opt for Half Sleeves clothes, do not opt for jeans especially with big pocket and those which look fashionable, avoid wearing any piece of cloth containing pocket, zip pocket, embroidery, flowers, brooches, or buttons.
