Dear candidate, the hardness and Simplicity of any curriculum totally depends on the way you take up the subject. Although Computer Science Engineering, Electrical and Electronics/ Telecommunication , Mechanical, Engineering are thought to be the most difficult ones but if you work hard and dedicate yourself then it would be easy. But if you think the other Engineering branches like Information Technology, Chemical Engineering, Automobile, Aeronautical Engineering are easy ones then you may struggle to make success. So whichever branch you take up, work hard and your dedication will lead you to success.

If you are interested or excited for learning something new than depending upon your interest the branch seems to be hard and easy.

Like for example, I myself being in the hardest branch of engineering (Electronics & Communication)  feels like it's the most easiest branch I had enjoyed and if ask internet then it will show the hardest branch is Electrical, Chemical and Electronic & Communication branch are the most tough, whereas Computer Engineering , Agriculture Engineering and Industrial  Engineering are the most easiest of all the branch, but think of, if you don't know programming language then Computer engineering will also seems to hardest branch  to you. So think of your area of interest first and then opt for the branch selection.
