Hello,

Yes, candidates from Haryana Open Board (or any other open school board) are eligible to appear for NEET 2025, provided they meet the required eligibility criteria. These criteria include:

1. Qualifying Examination: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as main subjects.

2. Minimum Marks:

- General category: At least 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology.

- OBC/SC/ST category: At least 40%.

- PwD (General): At least 45%.

3. Age Limit: The candidate should be at least 17 years old by December 31 of the year of admission. There is currently no upper age limit.

4. Open School Candidates: The National Testing Agency (NTA), which conducts NEET, allows open school candidates to appear, provided they meet the same academic and subject requirements as regular school candidates.

Make sure to check the official NEET 2025 brochure or updates from NTA for any changes in the eligibility criteria closer to the exam date.

Hope it helps you !
