Your candidature will not be rejected on the grounds of different address in NEET application form and Aadhaar Card. This should be your least concern because Aadhaar card is to verify your identity and not your address. Your present address can be different from the address on the Aadhaar Card. You need to fill the address for communication purpose, if any. You do not have to worry about this and there is nothing you are required to do regarding this.
