No it hasn't started yet. It's going to occur around in the last week of June mostly. Relax back and wait for the state merit ranks to he displayed initially.

obviously on the official website. And the website is www.mcc.nic.in You can visit this website for further information. The AIQ round has started and the merit lists are on verge to appear on this website and later on once the state merit round starts you can refer to this website. Thank you.
