You read it right. For the form fillyp process, you are just required with the state certificate. While during the college allotment, you will be required to carry NTA approved certificate and the date for pwd certificate approval will be informed on the nta neet site.

For neet there's reservation only for benchmark disability ( means disability should be at least 40%) . For neet your pwd certificate format must be aas per MCI Regulations/format dated May 13, 2019 .

NTA doesn't recognises pwd certificate by any hospital other than those prescribed by NTA under bench mark disability RPWD Act-2016 . So, your state pwd certificate is not valid for neet.

To avail pwd reservation in neet, you must get pwd certificate from any one out of the 13 of the hospitals listed below
