have filled my category as OBC in JEE advanced application because i belong to obc in our state but not in central list. Can I change that to general EWS during JoSAA

What You Should Do:

Download and fill the "Declaration for change from OBC-NCL to General" form.

Upload the signed form during JoSAA registration in place of the OBC-NCL certificate.

Your category will be updated to General , and you will be considered under the unreserved category.
Switching to EWS is not allowed unless it was selected earlier in the application.
