As of now the NEET 2021 exam dates have been released. The exam will now take place on August 1. But the registration dates have not been declared and the application form is not yet released. Due to the COVID pandemic, it caused the postponements in the release of NEET 2021 exam date. However NTA will release  the official brochure any day now on the official website ntaneet.nic.in

The NEET Application Form 2021 can be filled in five simple steps- NEET registration, filling of application, uploading of scanned images, payment of application fee, and a printout of the confirmation page.
