JEE main is enough,You can apply for Biomedical at NITs and different colleges at jee score card rank,If you score well in JEE advanced You can also Got biomedical in IITs

JEE main itslef is the entrance exam for Biomedical engineering.
Once you get seat into any college offering Biomedical engineering you dont need to reappaear for any other exam.

JEE Main is accepted by all NIT, IIITs and and GFTIs.
