As you have mentioned that you have studied PCB in class 12th and so you can definitely apply for any entrance exam for pursuing undergraduate biotechnology course.The minimum eligibility required for appearing in any entrance for biotechnology is to have passed in 10+2 exams with physics, chemistry and biology a subjects from recognised board.
