See if you want to take admission on the basis of NEET score then you have to appear for NEET Counselling which is conducted after the completion of NEET. But there are some states like Kerala that opens application process for counselling of state quota seats prior to the commencement of NEET so in those states you can apply for counselling when the application process gets started. However if you are seeking admission in MBBS course then you have to appear for either state quota counselling or All India Quota counselling which is conducted by DGHS on the behalf of MCC. For All India Quota counselling starts after the declaration of NEET Result.
