Hey sejal , can you more elaborate for what purpose you required 10th marksheet. See if you are an NEET applicant then whatever is mentioned in your 10th marksheet currently you have to follow that and write that name only .

Yes I require it for filling neet ug form. But actually we got our 12th marksheets corrected. So now both these marksheets have different names so, will it create problem now at the time of application form?

I have corrected neet form with fathers name same as 10 th result but also replaced fathers name in Aadhar card with mother name (that is correct) fathers spelling was different in UIDAI card .I hope its not necessary to put fathers name in Aadhar card . wont be problem in exam center
