Government colleges are fully founded by the government i.e., the payment of the salaries to the mantaineance is conducted by the Government. Now if we consider the Government Aided colleges, there are some stake of the government i.e., some of the facilities are provided from the Government and the remaining facilities are conducted by the fees paid by the students. As a result, you will find that the course fees for Government college is lesser than that of Government Aided  colleges.
