Hello can I know that I am from non engineering field means BA is there any marks consecion for the non engineering student.

There is no marks concessions for post graduation courses like MBA irrespective of graduation discipline.

BA studnets or othernon engineering studnets are equally considered.

BA students have advantages as their aggregate marks ar eon higher end in comparison engineering candidates and hemce have better opportunities for MBA.

But I heard that of CAT non engineering student got 10 extra marks

Yes you would get better wieightage to convert as admission criteria is relaxed for IIMs under CAT, also studnets from Arts hav ebetter probabilyu since IIMs have witnessed mostly engineering student and ti bakance it, weightage for other graduate have bene increased.
