I like you to say that for Bcom you can apply without maths but for hons you must have maths. Also every university/institute has its own criteria. In SET for BCom hons maths is required. BHU Bcom hons you should have economics or maths or finance or commerce etc. So in any good institute you should have maths for bcom hons.
