 On giving Open rank  it includes all candidates which includes general,obc,sc ,st,pwd,girl everything .

Opening ranks and Closing ranks are the first and last ranks for which something is allotted. For example,Opening rank of a branch of engineering is the first rank at which that branch is allotted to a student while closing rank is the last rank at which that particular branch is allotted to a student.
