If you are not happy with your work as software engineer for you are not happy with your salary or anything in your job or you want to get more knowledge or more degrees make your salary  so you can go with higher studies .. it will good decision  to do higher study as it is time to take  some risk instead of doing some thing which you don't like or which don't make you happy ..but choose   wisely ..

We understand your concern. Please note that MBA is an excellent choice of field especially for the IT industry. As engineers like you can then get the position of Product management and product architect jobs which gives you a more experience than just a normal programming job. If you have no burden financially, i would say it is a very good opportunity for you to take this up.All the best!
