DIPR - Defense Institute for Psychological Research is an Indian defense laboratory of the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO). Which is located in Delhi, and the main function of DIPR is research in the area of psychology for the personnel of the armed forces. When it comes to the DIPR selection process, candidates are required to take a written exam / interview. The type of questions asked in the technical interview round differs from position to position. Those who are applying for technical jobs would not have the same set of questions asked in the interview as those who are applying for non-technical jobs at DIPR Recruitment. Those who are selected in the technical round would be subjected to an HR round where candidates would be questioned about the company, general knowledge and interpersonal skills, the ability to think outside the box, and the candidate's attitude. would put to the test.

But you need to be an Indian National to get in DIPR. Without being an Indian National there is no chance about it.

I hope my answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!
