Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. With a score of 460, you can get a seat in Private Medical College if you belong to Karnataka, Tamilnadu, AP. But if you belong to Rajasthan or UP or Delhi, it is difficult.
