Hey Anif,

Hope you are doing well!

Sorry dear,getting an AIIMS college With a NEET UG rank of 9500 under OBC is a bit difficult.You may go on the previous year cutoff trends for more reference.

Dear Aspirant

If the mentioned rank in question is your AIR i.e 9500 and you belong to OBC not OBC(NCL), then the chances are good to get a seat in AIIMS as the last year's cut off for OBC, it was AIR 9973 with corresponding percentile 97.3549899.

However, the merit list changes every year, only on that basis the admission is done.
