Hi aspirant

There is no such provision yet in any Article/Rule made by any state government.

You can take admission or do a job in other state only as a general candidate .

You will be cosidered as SC candidate in other state only if you are applying in central examination like JEE .

Also your certificate is only valid if it is in proper format.
