It is sad news but with such a low percentile in jee mains you will not able to get good colleges for pursuing your b.tech degree.But if you belong to reserved quota there might be a chance to get good colleges if your category rank is good enough.
You should prefer to give your jee main exam next year if you want to get good colleges and work hard with proper guidline to get good percentile next year.
Get good study materials and focus on your studies and join coaching institute to get good mentor who will help you in your studies.your only aim should be to crack jee main exam and give your 100 percent to crack jee main next year.
