Hello,

Yes, you can again appear for EAMCET Ann if you qualify you can get admission in a college based on your EAMCET rank. But you will have to pay the full course fee or the annual fee for one year to leave the college and get your certificates back. Please enquire in the respective college to know the rules and regulations to discontinue the study and leave the college.
