You can go ahead for NEET exams as per your subject preference. If you belong to Reserved category you can still get into some of the courses with this percentage in government universities including University of Delhi. You can also get into courses like Sanskrit Honours (if you have studied the subject at school level) with this percentage. Otherwise, a number of universities, especially private universities take entrance examinations. Go ahead for such universities rather than judging yourself based on your percentage.
