You can go for B.Tech or BA as per your choice. For becoming a civil servant you have to give civil services paper in which you can select your choice of subjects from the given list. So if you do B.Tech then also you can go for civil services and if you do BA then also can apply for same. Also you have to work on current affairs and general knowledge.
