As you must be aware cut offs change every year so nothing can be predicted with surety regarding that, but going by the trends in the cut offs you have good chance of getting seat in some government medical colleges in the states like BIhar, Chattisgarh and even Karnataka, through the 15% all India quota.

last year the cut off for Belgaum Institute of Medical Sciences, Belgaum was 594, in Bidar institute of medical sciences was 588, so these are the few options you have.
