Devendra if you have already planned to go abroad then it's your own decision I won't interfere but if your didn't planned & in the planning stage then I would like to suggest you to study in India only because in India itself there are various colleges which are one of the toppest Institute across the country in the domain like  Aeronautical, Aerospace, Aeroscience or in the Avionics engineering whether it may be government or the private. If you can be able to crack the IIT-JEE then go with the option IIT and if not then go with the option HINDUSTAN University, Chennai it will be the good option.
