Hello, I opted for OBC-NCL category while applying NEET-UG, but I am unable get central OBC certificate because my father's present salary above 10L. can I get reservation in my own state with BC certificate or should I come under general in my state? please answer me soon. Thank you

Hello,

Income Limit of determining the Non-Creamy Layer Status is up to 8 lakh rupees per annum if you fall under the income limit then only you can claim for reservation under obc non creamy layer.even the state you belong i.e Telangana is also sets the same limit so unfortunately you cannot get benefits.
