If the degree or college you are aspiring to take admission needs 50% and above then you cannot get admission if the criteria is more than 45% then you can get admission. If you belong to reserved category then you can apply for both because 45% is the minimum criteria required.
Yes you can get admission but you will not get top colleges but you can apply and you will get admission, if overall is taken then. Even if the people applied has same cut off score or below then you can get.
